ExpertBridge connects clients with vetted industry experts for video consultations. This policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

Before Your Session

If you need to cancel a booked session, please contact us as early as possible:

  • 48+ hours before session: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before session: Partial refund or credit toward future session
  • Less than 24 hours: Credit toward future session (no cash refund)

To cancel, email support@expertbridge.co with your booking details.

Expert Cancellations

If an expert cancels your session or fails to attend, you will receive a full refund. We will also help you reschedule with the same expert or find an alternative.

Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Common situations where refunds are issued:

  • Expert did not attend the session
  • Significant technical issues prevented the consultation
  • Session cancelled with adequate notice (48+ hours)

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

We generally do not issue refunds for:

  • Client no-shows
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (credit may be offered instead)
  • Disagreement with advice or opinions provided by the expert
  • Client-side technical issues (internet, device problems)

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with your session or believe there was an issue, contact us within 7 days of your session date.

We review all disputes and respond within 2 business days.
