How buying works
Commitment stays the size you chose
01Hours are bought in blocks and topped up as the work needs them.
02Hours you have not approved can be declined. Nothing is billed without your approval.
03An expert can be swapped mid-pod, and remaining hours transfer with the engagement.
04A Solo Pod becomes a Team Pod without a new contract, carrying the same brief.
