A pod is a block of hours with one or more experts working on your problem: calls, offline work, deliverables, and a shared workspace for the duration. There are two shapes, and one turns into the other without starting again.

Start with one expert. Add people when the work needs them.

Solo Pod
One expert, working with you over a block of hours. Sessions when you need them, offline work between them, files and messages in one place.
Hours are bought in blocks of 5, 10, 20 or 50, or a custom amount. Top up as the work grows.

Team Pod
Multiple experts on the same engagement: typically two delivery specialists doing the work and one senior advisor setting the approach, reviewing weekly and signing off deliverables.
That composition is the point. Delivery without senior oversight is how a wrong direction gets discovered in week six instead of week one. A Solo Pod becomes a Team Pod by adding people; nothing restarts, and the brief and the workspace carry over.

Who the experts are
Solutions architects and delivery leads with ten years or more on enterprise programmes, drawn from the large global IT services firms. Where an expert has completed an Atlas assessment you can read the scored report and the full interview transcript before engaging them.

How hours work
Hours are bought in blocks against a named expert. You approve the hours; an expert cannot bill you for hours you have not approved.
At the end of any block you decide whether to continue. If you would rather work with someone else, tell us and we will propose a different expert for the next block: no notice, no conversation with the outgoing expert, and no additional cost.

Confidentiality
Your organisation is not disclosed to experts unless you choose to disclose it. Experts appear under an ExpertBridge identifier unless they choose to be named. Every expert signs a confidentiality agreement before any engagement, and all work product belongs to you from the moment it is created.
