1-on-1 Consult
1-on-1 Consult
One hour with someone who has done it before.
A 1-on-1 Consult is a single scheduled hour with a senior expert in the area you name. You describe the problem, we find the person, and you talk. It is the smallest thing you can buy on ExpertBridge, and it is deliberately the entry point to everything else.
01
When this is the right thing to buy
Four situations where one hour is the right size.
01
A decision to review
You need a decision reviewed before you commit budget to it.
02
Two approaches to choose between
You are choosing between approaches and want someone who has run both.
03
A programme to scope
You are scoping a programme and need to know what you have missed.
04
An expert to evaluate
You want to evaluate an expert before engaging them for real work.
02
How it works
Three steps from a one-line description to a scheduled hour.
01
Describe the need in one line
Our brief builder drafts a full engagement brief from it: scope, hours, the shape of the work. You edit it.
02
We find the expert
We come back with candidates, typically within 24 to 72 hours. Where an expert has completed an Atlas assessment you can read the full report and the interview transcript before deciding.
03
You book the hour
You see the rate before you commit. The session is held over video.
03
What you get, and what you do not commit to
The hour, the safeguards around it, and what happens afterwards.
01
What you get
A scheduled hour with the expert, the ability to share documents beforehand, and written follow-up through the platform. If the conversation shows you need more than an hour, the same expert can continue in a Solo Pod without starting again.
02
Confidentiality
The expert sees your first name. They do not see your organisation unless you tell them. You see the expert under an ExpertBridge identifier unless they choose to be named. Every expert has signed a confidentiality agreement before the call.
03
What it costs
Rates vary by seniority and scope. You see the exact rate for a specific expert before you commit to anything. See our pricing for the range.
04
If it does not work out
You are under no obligation to book a second hour. There is no minimum, no retainer, and no subscription.
