What we do

What you earn
5% of the gross engagement value of every engagement your referred client books with us, for 12 months from the client’s sign-up.
How it works
- Register your client: tell us the company and contact. We confirm acceptance within 2 business days.
- Your client signs up and books: they post requirements and engage experts on ExpertBridge.
- We run the engagement: matching, contracts, payments and confidentiality are handled on the platform.
- You get paid: a statement and payment every month.
Your protections
- Your client stays yours: we never pitch full-time hiring to a referred client.
- Confirmed up front: acceptance is checked against our existing clients before you tell anyone, so there are no disputes later.
- Same price, always: your client pays exactly what a direct client pays. Our fee to you comes from our margin.
- Your relationship, your call: we don’t raise the referral with your client. We say publicly, here and in our terms, that we pay referral partners, so neither of you is ever exposed. If you’d like your client to receive a copy of your monthly statement, tick the option when you refer them.
- Experts are introduced by code, never by name or contact details, until an engagement is booked.
How the fee is calculated
- 5% of the gross engagement value, excluding GST and any other tax.
- On money actually collected, net of refunds or cancellations.
- For 12 months from the date your client signs up.
- Paid monthly, with a statement listing each paid engagement by transaction code, date, engagement type, booked duration and value.

Frequently asked questions
Does my client pay more because of the referral?
No. Your client pays the same as a client who came to us directly; your fee comes out of our margin. We don’t raise the referral with your client, and we say publicly that we pay referral partners.
Who invoices my client?
ExpertBridge does. Your client pays us; we pay you.
What if my client already works with you?
We check at registration and tell you within 2 business days. A client already registered with us, or already in conversation with us, can’t be referred.
Can my client post full-time roles here?
No. We don’t place full-time staff, and we’ll point them back to you.
How do I verify what my client has spent?
Every engagement on your statement carries a platform transaction code and an invoice number, and we confirm your statement in writing on request. If you prefer, we can also send your client a copy.
